Raised in New Jersey, but a Tel Aviv/NYC girl at heart, I’ve been braiding and baking challah for nearly 10 years! Growing up, I thought homemade challah was the kind you take out of the box from the freezer to let rise before putting it in the oven, but now I know what homemade really feels and tastes like.
My challah has brought family and friends together for years, being the focal point of a Shabbat dinner table or the topic of conversation at a Sunday morning french toast brunch. Now I want to share the magic even further and help others to create, braid and bake their own challah!
